R26-Fen1

These mice harbor a loxP-flanked STOP cassette preventing transcription of a CAG promoter-driven Fen1 gene followed by 3xHA-IRES-EGFP tag coexpression cassette. The targeted mutation was inserted into the Rosa26 locus by homologous recombination.
