ASE-9285-3 Human NK cells, iPSC-derived from CD34+ cord blood, P0

Scale-up screening and conduct cell-based assays using NK cells with a uniform genetic background with ASE-9285-3, passage 0 (P0) iPSC-derived NK cells.

These cells are derived from ASE-9250, our iPSC cell line reprogrammed from normal male CD34+ umbilical cord blood cells using an episomal method.

Choose ASE-9285-3 if you anticipate needing matching GMP cells—ASE-9280 iPSCs are the GMP version of ASE-9250 iPSCs and can be differentiated into NK cells under GMP compliance.

Quality control assays
Each lot of ASE-9285-1 meets the following standards before release

• ≥ 80% purity using flow cytometry and NK cell markers CD45 and CD56
• Each lot tested growth, viability, and the absence of mycoplasma and pathogens

Kit components
Each kit contains cells and optimized media:

• 1 vial of P0 iPSC-derived NK cells, ≥1 x 10⁶ cells/ vial
• 100 mL of NK Cell Basal Culture Media (for cytotoxicity assays only, at this time)
• 1 mL of NK Cell Culture Media Supplement A (100x)
