Mouse Fcgr1 mRNA was detectable by P1/2(761bp), human FCGR1B mRNA was detectable by P1/3(467bp), M: 100bp Plus DNA ladder from Transgen (BM311). The heterozygous KI mouse expresses both human FCGR1B and mouse Fcgr1 in the spleen.
