The above results were in line with expectations. Wild type mice showed high expression of H-2Db, while HLA-A2 humanized heterozygous mice showed high expression of H-2Db and hHLA-A2. There was no significant difference in the proportion of various immune cells to CD45 positive cells between wild type mice and HLA-A2 humanized mice, indicating that the genetic modification had no significant effect on the proportion of immune cells in mice.
