Consisting of an evolved serine integrase, an optional catalytically inactive Mad7 fusion (dMad7), a donor plasmid with your gene-of-interest, and a proprietary safe harbor locus that naturally exists in the human genome, S-SELeCT™ technology is a simple, safe, scalable genome engineering platform.
